MINI RAVA UTHAPPAM

MINI RAVA UTHAPPAM is a very healthy, easy and quick breakfast.To make this,you need rava,curd and finely chopped mix vegetables. If you don't want to add vegetables,you can make it with rava only. No fermentation is required to make it.
                     
INGREDIENTS
Rava or suji -1 cup
Mix vegetables (finely chopped) -1 cup (Carrot,French beans, green chillies, ginger, capsicum, Cauliflower and whatever you have)
Curd-2tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Water to make thick batter
Oil
Salt to taste
Baking soda -a pinch
Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

INGREDIENTS
Soak rava in curd and 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Now add more water to make thick but of dropping consistency batter. Add salt,  red chilli powder 1 tsp oil and mix vegetables. Mix them well.Now add baking soda and then lemon juice. Mix with light hand. Our batter is ready now.
Heat a nonstick tava. Pour little batter on hot tava with the help of spoon.spread it little. Apply oil on its edges and over it.let it cook until its base turns little golden. Turn over it and cook it from another side on medium flame.Mini rava uttapam is ready to serve. Sprinkle little chat masala over it and serve with coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
