DOSA SAMBHAR WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY

dosa is the most loved south Indian dish.It  is made up of urad dal and rice.They are soaked, grinded and mixed together and is kept overnight for fermentation. It is very light to eat.You can have it as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Whenever I go outside, I always prefer plain dosa.As I don't eat onion and garlic, it is very difficult for me to search food of my taste.It is very safe choice for me because I can get jain sambhar and plain dosa easily and everywhere in India.
