Capsicum corn masala 

If you don't have paneer, it is very quick gravy dish to cook.
Capsicum and corn combination goes very well so I tried and cooked capsicum corn masala and result was awesome. Everyone in my family liked it very much. 

Grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger,cashew together. Take ghee in a pan and add jeera.add grinded tomato puree and prepare the gravy.add little butter,salt red chilli powder, coriander powde garam masala, haldi and stir fry till it leaves the fat now add capsicum and parboiled corns.i added little khoya also but it is optional. Mix some water to set the consistency. Miz kasuri methi and cream(You can also use cool malai).decorate it with coriander and serve hot
