STUFFED AND GRILLED PITA BREAD

Stuffed and Grilled pita bread is crispy and has a unique taste.The best about it is its filling which has crunchy and cheesy flavour with lots of vegetables. You can get pita bread from any nearest store. Cut it from upper side and make a cavity for filling.

INGREDIENTS
Fine chopped vegetables,you can have any vegetables of your choice. I used
Carrot
French beans
Capsicum
Roasted potatoes
Cucumber
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Green chilli
Ginger
Boiled corn kernals
Vinegar
Rai dana
Salt
Red chilli powder
Oil-1tsp
Processed cheese(grated)
For sause
Mix well mayonnaise, tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce and coriander chutney.
Method -
Heat oil in a pan.add rai dana.when it starts to pop up add all the chopped vegetables, salt,red chilli powder,processed cheese and vinegar.Saute it for 5 minutes to make it dry.Filling is ready.
Apply sause on inner side of the cavity in a good quantity. Fill it with filling and grill it after applying butter on both side.when it is prepared,cut it into half with pizza cutter decorate it with grated processed cheese from open side.Stuffed and Grilled Pita Bread is ready to serve.
