DRY CHOLE MASALA

Dry Chole Masala is a very quick and delicious recipes that is liked by almost everyone.You can have it anytime and with any meal.Today I cooked it for my kid's lunch.In summer season in India there is always a lack of variety of vegetables. So whenever you don't have any idea what to cook, it comes as your rescue.

INGREDIENTS
Kabuli chana(soaked and boiled) -300gm
Potatoes (boiled and chopped) -2
Tomatoes(chopped) -2
Green chillies(chopped) -3
Ginger (grated) -2tsp
Lemon juice -1tsp
Coriander leaves -3 tbsp
Haldi-1/4 Tbsp
Coriander powder -3 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
Garam masala -1/4tbsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Hing-a pinch
Salt- 2 tbsp
Black salt - 1tbsp
Amchur powder -2 tbsp
Oil-3 tbsp

METHOD
Heat the pan in the oil.add jeera and hing. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger and saute for 2 minutes.Now add boiled Kabuli chana, potatoes, all the spices,lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix them well.Dry chole Masala is ready to serve.
