INGREDIENTS
Potato(cut in squares) 4 of medium size
Corn kernals (canned)-50 gm
Tomato(chopped)-1 of medium size
Green chilli and ginger (chopped) -1 tsp
Rai-1/2 tsp
Haldi-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1tsp
Amchur powder -1/2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Oil-2tsp
Method
Heat the oil in pan. Add rai.when rai starts to pop,add green chilli,ginger potatoes, Corn kernals,salt and haldi and cover the pan.stir in between. When potatoes are semi cooked, add tomatoes and cover the pan again. When potatoes are done,add red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and coriander leaves and mix it well.Potato corn is ready for kid's lunch.
