Crunchy bitter gourd rings
With no bitterness 

Cut the bitter gourd in thin rings after peeling it in salty water. In another bowl take corn flour, salt,amchur, red chilli powder, garam masala mix well and take out the bitter gourd rings from salty water and squeeze them, mix with dry mixture of corn flour and spices that all rings coated well and fry on medium flame till crispy
You should add more spices than usual in bitter gourd specially salt and amchur powder to less it's bitterness
