BHINDI MASALA

Lady fingers or bhindi is all time favorite vegetable of kids.It is very easy and quick to cook.Bhindi Masala is often cooked at home.I prefer to cook it uncovered.
INGREDIENTS
Ladyfingers -500 gm
Haldi-1/2tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -3tsp
Amchur powder -2tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Chopped green chillies and ginger (optional)
Salt according to taste
Jeera-1/4tsp
Hing-a pinch
Oil -2 tbsp
METHOD
First wash and wipe the ladyfingers well.Cut them in small peices.Heat oil in the pan. Add jeera,hing, green chillies and ginger. Now add peices of ladyfingers, salt and haldi and cook onmedium flame uncovered for 5-7 minutes. Stir in between.when they become soft,add all the spices and mix well on high flame for 2 minutes.Bhindi masala is ready to serve.
