BABY POTATO TIKKA FRY


Baby potato Tikka fry is as delicious as paneer Tikka.It has a refreshing taste and you can have it as a side dish or starter like paneer Tikka.first I marinated baby potatoes and fry them.
INGREDIENTS
Baby potatoes -200 gm
To marinate
Curd -4 tbsp
Besan -1Tbsp
Rice flour -1 Tbsp
Salt
Black salt
Capsicum (chopped) -1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) -1/4 cup
Green chilli (chopped) -2
Ginger(grated) -1tsp
Lemon juice-1tbsp
Kasuri methi -2tsp
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1tsp,you can adjust according to your taste
Coriander powder -2tsp
Amchur powder -1tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
To Fry
Oil-2 Tbsp
Rai dana-1 tsp
Hing-a pinch
Curry leaves-4-5

METHOD
First boil the baby potatoes in the pressure cooker for one whistle.peel them and let them be cool.prick them with a fork.Now mix all the ingredients to marinate.add baby potatoes in it.They should be well covered with marinate masala.keep aside for 10 minutes.Heat oil in the pan. Add rai and hing. When rai begin to pop up add curry leaves and marinated baby potatoes in it and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Baby Potato Tikka Fry is ready to serve.
