CHEESE POTATO COINS

children want variety of snacks. They always love finger food.Cheese Potato Coin is crispy finger food with lots of cheese.


INGREDIENTS
Bread slices -5
Potatoes (boiled and grated)-3
Processed cheese(grated) -2tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2tsp
Amchur powder -1 tsp
Ginger(grated) 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
To make batter
Maida-1/4 cup maida
Water-1/4 cup

METHOD
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add grated potatoes,
Salt,red chilli powder, amchur powder, ginger and processed cheese. Saute for 2-3 minutes.Let it be cool.
With a cutter or a sharp lid,cut out small rounds of the bread,2 or 3 rounds from each slice.Spread potato mixture on the round peices of the bread.press it gently.
Make the batter with maida and water.
Spread some maida batter over the potato mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over it and press it well.
Heat the oil for deep frying and deep fry the rounds until they turn golden and crispy. Serve them with tomato ketchup.
