Split moong dal treat


In summers we usually have very limited options of vegetables. Split moong dal pakoda curry is the best option for this monsoon season. 
Split moong dal is full of protein and fibers.we should add this dal in our meals regularly.we can cook many types of food of this lentil.The most famous are it's pakodas and chilas or pancakes. Here, I have made papadi of its skin and pakoda curry of it.when we soak this dal,we have to wash it by rubbing in water and separate it's skin in a strainer. After separating the dal and skin,we usually throw the skin part.Its skin has fibers so I made papadi of it by mixing it in wheat flour. I made pakoda of the dal and prepared a delicious curry.
