OATS AND MOONG SPROUT TIKKI

Oats and moong sprout tikki is a very healthy option for breakfast. Most of includes sprouts and oats in our breakfast. But the combination of both is not only healthy but it's crispyness and taste is out of the world.
Take 1 and 1/2 cup parboiled sprout(coarsely grinded)and 1/4 cup oats flour. Add green chilli ginger, salt,red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala and mix them and make small balls and flatten them.shallow fry them.truely I never ate such a crispy tikki.
