Kuttu flour is used for fasting days like Ekadshi and Janmashtmi. You can many type of dishes of this flour like dahi vada pakodi,puri,papdi,cutlets etc.Its upon to you to use it and give variations to your fasting taste.Here,I made papdi of it for Janmashtmi celebration. We all, even the kids,have fast on Janmashtmi.So I made kuttu papdi for the Krishna's prasad.
