Ingredients
Grated coconut-1 kg
Sugar-1 kg
Khoya (bhuna)-300 gm
Cardamom(grinded)- 2 tsp
Water-500 ml
Ghee for spreading on plate
Pista for decorating
Method
Take water and suger in a pan and make sugar syrup(chashni) of three strands.mix cardamom and khoya in it.After preparing the chashni, mix the khoya very well on low flame.off the gas and add grated coconut in it.mix well.Spread little ghee in a plate with the of your fingers and pour the mixture in it.Press it to give it a smooth look.decorate it with pista.keep it aside for 20 minutes. Cut in square shape.coconut pak is ready for prasad.
