KUTTU KE DAHI-VADE

Kuttu ke dahi- Vade is delicious and give you a variety on your fasting days when you have very limited options to eat.It is good to have them on Ekadshi in summers as these are light to eat.
INGREDIENTS
Kuttu flour
Sendha namak
Kali mirch
Bhuna Jeera
Curd
Water to make batter
METHOD
Take kuttu flour in a bowl. Add water to make pakoda's like batter.Whisk it well.Heat the oil a pan.make small pakodas of it on a medium flame till golden. Take water in a big bowl.add 2tsp sendha namak in it.Soak all the pakodas in it at least for two hours.
Churn the curd and add little water in it. Curd should not be watery.Add sendha namak, kali mirch powder and grinded roasted jeera in it.
Squeeze the pakodas with a light hand and fold them in prepared curd.put them in a serving plate.pour some more curd and sprinkle roasted jeera powder over them.Kuttu ke Dahi Vade is ready to serve.
