SPLIT MOONG DAL DOSA

Split moong dal dosa is oil free,healthy full of fibers and protein.It can be made easily and no extra preparation is required.
It is good to soak split moong dal overnight otherwise atleast for two hours before grinding.
                 
INGREDIENTS
Split moong dal -1 cup
Water to make batter
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Hing
Green chilli
Ginger
Salt to taste
You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
METHOD
Grind the soaked dal,green chillies and ginger together to make fine paste.Add all Spices, salt and little water to make a thick batter.
Heat a nonstick tava.Spread the batter on the tava in circular motion. When it's base turns golden, fold it like a dosa. Split moong dal dosa is ready to serve with coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
