BHUTTE KE KABAB



Most of the restaurants in India have Bhutte Ke Kabab in their menus.This snack is very easy and quick to make.It can be made by using bread crumbs, potatoes or cornflour for binding. Here I am using only rice flour that makes it more crispier.
Ingredients :
Corn kernals-250 gm
Rice flour -4 Tbsp
Fine chopped capsicum -1/2 cup
Chopped Green chilli -2
Grated ginger -1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt according to taste
Method :
Grind the corn kernals coarsely. Add all the ingredients and mix them well.make small and flatten balls of this mixture. Deep fry them on medium flame.serve hot  with coriander chutney.
